What is a salon CRM and what does it do?
A CRM is one file per client: visits, spending, favourite services, next appointment, loyalty points and notes. With SeeU the file fills itself from the first booking and at every checkout, so you greet each client by name and know what they like without typing anything.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. A client file is created from the first booking, online or at the counter, and fills itself from there. Clients who install the SeeU app also see their points, appointments and memberships.
How does the loyalty programme work?
Every visit earns points, scanned at the counter or earned online. Points are exchanged for the rewards you choose: a free treatment, a discount, a product. Your best clients become VIPs, and everyone sees their points in the app, which is what brings them back.
Can I add private notes and photos to a client file?
