Service menu & stock: your questions answered
Can I bring in my existing service menu?
Yes. When you create your shop, follow the setup checklist and import your menu: a few minutes, no installation. Then adjust prices, durations, options and translations. Your page can be live the same day.
Can a service have options with different prices and durations?
Yes. Short or long hair, with or without Olaplex, 60 or 90 minutes: each option has its own price and duration, so online slots are computed on the real time. Add-ons are offered at booking, a few hundred baht more per visit.
How do packages work?
You sell a package of 5 or 10 sessions once. Each visit uses one session automatically at checkout, and you and the client see how many are left.
How does stock tracking work?
You sell a shampoo at the checkout: add it to the bill and the stock goes down by itself. A treatment uses 20 ml of colour, the stock goes down too. When only a few units are left, SeeU alerts you before you run out, and suppliers and deliveries are recorded so you know what to reorder.
Can my menu be shown in Thai, English and French?
Yes. Write each service once, translate the name and description when you want, and the client automatically sees their language on your page and in the app. Your whole page works in all 3 languages.
Can I show promo prices or feature some services?
Yes. Set a promo price for the month, mark featured services so they appear first on your page, and use Happy Deals for a discount on quiet hours only.
How much do the menu and stock cost?
