Can clients book through LINE?
Yes. Put your SeeU booking link in your LINE OA profile or send it in a chat, and the client books from the link in a few taps. The booking lands in your calendar and the client gets automatic reminders.
Do clients need to download an app to book?
No. The booking link opens in the phone's browser. Clients who already use the SeeU app can book there and see their appointments and loyalty points.
How do I collect a deposit online?
On the Premium plan, you turn on deposits and choose an amount between 10 and 100% of the booking. The client pays by card or PromptPay when booking, and you set the refund deadline.
