Can I charge extra for nail art or removal?
Yes. Add-ons have their own price and duration, and the client picks them when booking. The calendar blocks the right time and the bill adds up on its own.

Yes, with Premium. The automatic follow-up message goes out by itself to clients who have not been back for a while, with a discount code if you want one.
Is there a POS for nail salons?
Yes. Gel, nail art add-ons and products like cuticle oil go on one bill. The client pays by cash, card or transfer, the receipt goes out in one tap, and you issue a VAT invoice when she asks for one. Can clients book from my salon’s LINE account?

How do I stop no-shows?
Ask for a deposit at booking, from 10 to 100% of the price, paid by card or PromptPay. Add the automatic reminders 24h and 2h before and most clients show up.
Is my menu shown in Thai and English?
