Yes. Base at ฿990/month covers the calendar, your booking page, client files and team schedules. Deposits, POS and packages come with Premium when you need them.
Can I charge extra for nail art or removal?
Yes. Add-ons have their own price and duration, and the client picks them when booking. The calendar blocks the right time and the bill adds up on its own.
Can I remind clients when it is time for a refill?
Yes, with Premium. The automatic follow-up message goes out by itself to clients who have not been back for a while, with a discount code if you want one.
How do I stop no-shows?
Ask for a deposit at booking, from 10 to 100% of the price, paid by card or PromptPay. Add the automatic reminders 24h and 2h before and most clients show up.
Is my menu shown in Thai and English?
Yes. Your services, options and descriptions can be translated in English, Thai and French, and your booking page switches language automatically.
