My colour prices depend on hair length. Can I show that?
Yes. Each service can have options, for example short, medium and long hair, each with its own price and duration. The client picks the option when booking and the calendar blocks the right time.
Can my clients book through LINE?
Yes. Put your SeeU booking link in your LINE Official Account profile, or send it in the chat. The client picks a service, a stylist and a time, and the booking lands in your calendar with the automatic reminders.
Can I sell shampoo and products at the counter?
Yes, with Premium. Products go on the same bill as the services, and stock is deducted at every sale, with an alert when it runs low.
How do I stop no-shows?
Ask for a deposit at booking, from 10 to 100% of the price, paid by card or PromptPay. Add the automatic reminders 24h and 2h before and most clients show up.
How are staff commissions calculated?
