This Privacy Policy explains how SeeU TH Company Limited ("we", "us", "SEEU") collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.

2. DATA WE COLLECT
We collect data necessary to provide our loyalty and booking services:

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Under the PDPA, we process your data for the following reasons:
1. Contract Performance (Art. 24(3) PDPA): To create your account, manage bookings, confirm appointments, and calculate loyalty points.
2. Legitimate Interest (Art. 24(5) PDPA): To secure the platform, prevent point-system fraud, and improve our services via anonymous statistics.
3. Consent (Art. 19 PDPA): To send marketing offers (from SeeU or Partners) and for communication via WhatsApp, Line, or marketing SMS.
4. Legal Obligation (Art. 24(6) PDPA): To comply with accounting and tax requirements in Thailand.
4. PROTECTION OF MINORS
The SeeU application is intended for individuals aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental consent. If we discover that a minor under 16 has registered without authorization, we will immediately delete their data.
5. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS & NOTIFICATIONS
By using SeeU, you will receive service messages (booking confirmations, security alerts) via:
• Email and Push Notifications.
• SMS / WhatsApp / Line (based on the information provided in your profile).
Marketing communications (promotions) require your prior explicit consent (Opt-in).
6. DATA RECIPIENTS & TRANSFERS
Your data is shared only with:
• Our Partners (Shops): Only the data strictly necessary to manage your booking (name, phone) or your loyalty status.
• Technical Service Providers:
- Firebase (Google): Secure storage on servers located in Singapore.
- Stripe: Technical management of payments (funds go directly to the shop).
• International Transfer: By using our services, you acknowledge that your data is stored in Singapore, a country providing an adequate level of protection compliant with PDPA requirements.
7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
On the seeuapp.io website and within the app, we use cookies and device identifiers to:
• Keep your session active.
• Analyze platform usage (Google Analytics).
• Remember your navigation preferences.
You can disable cookies in your browser or phone settings, although this may limit some features.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our platform may contain links to third-party sites (social media of salons, partner websites). SeeU has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their own privacy policies.
9. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
• Active Account: Data is kept throughout the duration of the contractual relationship.
• Inactivity: Data is deleted or anonymized after 3 years of inactivity.
• Legal Archives: Certain transactional data is kept for 5 to 10 years for tax and legal purposes in Thailand.
10. YOUR RIGHTS (PDPA RIGHTS)
You have the following rights under Thai law:
• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
