Reviews
Khun Ann was amazing and freed my frozen shoulder. Yes it hurt but she was patient and kind. Thank you so much
I booked a 90 minute foot scrub and Thai massage through the app the night before and received a confirmed price. However, when I arrived, I was told the actual price was 250 baht higher. That’s not acceptable. If a booking is confirmed, the price should be honoured. Customers shouldn’t be put in a position where they have to argue or walk away. I did not request any upgrade — I asked for the exact package I had booked. However, I was told this wasn’t possible at the confirmed price and was later told that I had “requested an upgrade,” which is completely untrue. The staff took photos of my booking and sent them to management while I was there, which made it clear this was an internal error. Despite this, the situation was still framed as if it was my fault, which was both inaccurate and frustrating. If the listing was incorrect, that’s an issue between the business and the platform, not the customer. This experience was disappointing, especially as I live locally and was hoping to return regularly. Accurate pricing, accountability, and honest communication are essential.
What an amazing experience, will certainly return.
Amei a massagem, superou minhas expectativas. Pessoas muito agradáveis.
