September Promotion
Thai Massage with Natural Lift
A ninety minute pairing available during September only. It opens with sixty minutes of traditional Thai massage, where pressure along the energy lines is combined with assisted stretching, performed without oil while you remain in comfortable clothing.
The remaining thirty minutes are given to the Natural Lift treatment, offered here as the complement to the massage. The two parts follow one another during a single visit, at a reduced price compared with booking each treatment separately.
Deep Tissue Massage with Herbal Compress
A ninety minute combination available through September. The first hour is a deep tissue massage using slow strokes and firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, with particular attention to the neck, the back and the shoulders.
The last thirty minutes bring in the organic Thai herbal compress, steamed hot and pressed along the body so the warmth and the herbs settle into the areas that were just worked. The heat makes the release easier to hold onto afterwards.
Traditional Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses slow strokes and a sustained pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It targets the stubborn knots of the back, the shoulders and the hips that lighter techniques rarely manage to release.
The therapist builds the intensity gradually and checks in as the muscles soften. This treatment suits active people, athletes and anyone carrying chronic tightness. The longer session leaves time to cover the whole body rather than a few problem areas.
Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure along the energy lines with assisted stretching performed on a comfortable mat. No oil is used, so you stay dressed in loose clothing for the whole session while the therapist works from the feet up to the shoulders and the neck.
The sequence opens the joints and restores flexibility, which makes it a good choice for stiff hips and tight hamstrings. Longer durations allow a slower and more thorough progression through the body.
Thai Muscle Relieve Oil Massage
This oil massage blends traditional Thai pressure points with long flowing strokes to release muscular fatigue. Warm oil helps the hands glide smoothly while the therapist works through the back, the legs and the arms, following the lines where tension usually gathers.
Two full hours give the body the time it needs to let go completely. It is particularly helpful after heavy training, a long flight or several weeks of desk work, leaving the muscles looser and the mind calmer.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage guides the body through a series of assisted postures inspired by yoga, combined with rhythmic pressure and gentle rocking. The therapist supports every movement so the stretches stay comfortable and controlled from start to finish.
Over two hours the session opens the hips, the spine and the shoulders while the breath naturally slows down. It suits anyone who feels stiff, sits for long hours or simply wants to move more freely again.
Aromatherapy Massage
An aromatherapy massage pairs smooth flowing strokes with scented essential oils chosen for their calming effect. The warmth of the hands and the aroma work together to slow the breath and quiet a busy mind while the muscles gradually soften.
The pressure stays light to medium, which makes it a gentle option for a first visit or for days when the body needs care rather than intensity. Longer formats include more time on the back, the scalp and the feet.
Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage
This treatment concentrates on the area where stress shows first, namely the scalp, the base of the skull, the neck and the upper back. Slow circular movements and targeted pressure release the tightness caused by screens, driving and poor posture.
You can receive it seated or lying down, with or without oil in the hair. Many guests find that it eases tension headaches and helps them fall asleep more easily in the evening.
Specialised Therapy
Toksen Tapping Line Therapy
Toksen is a northern Thai technique in which a wooden hammer and wedge are tapped rhythmically along the muscle lines. The gentle vibration travels through the tissue and releases blockages that pressure alone cannot reach.
Thirty minutes are enough to loosen the shoulders, the arms and the back, and the regular sound itself has a surprisingly calming effect. It is often chosen as a complement to a longer massage.
Abhyanga Massage
Abhyanga is an ayurvedic oil massage performed with generous amounts of warm oil applied in long synchronised strokes over the whole body. The rhythm follows the direction of the tissues in order to nourish the skin and support the natural elimination process.
The treatment brings a grounded and deeply restful feeling that lasts well beyond the session itself. The two hour version adds time for the head and the feet, where the effect on the nervous system is strongest.
Pottali Abhyanga
Pottali abhyanga adds warm herbal pouches to the classic ayurvedic oil massage. The pouches are heated and pressed along the muscles, letting the herbs and the heat penetrate exactly where the stiffness runs deepest.
Alternating between the hands and the compresses creates a comforting contrast that relaxes the body quickly. It is recommended for aching joints, cold hands and feet, or for tension that keeps returning after every busy week.
Shirobhyanga Head Massage
Shirobhyanga is the ayurvedic head massage, performed with warm oil worked slowly into the scalp, the temples, the ears and the neck. The fingers follow the marma points and release the mental fatigue that builds up during long periods of concentration.
The oil also conditions the hair and soothes a dry scalp. Guests often describe a floating, weightless sensation and a much quieter mind at the end of the session.
Office Syndrome Massage
Designed for people who spend their days at a desk, this session targets the neck, the shoulders, the upper back, the forearms and the wrists. The therapist combines pressure points, stretching and joint mobilisation to unlock the areas frozen by hours in front of a screen.
The work is precise rather than general, so each painful spot receives real attention. Longer durations add the lower back and the hips, which suffer just as much from prolonged sitting.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage relies on classic western techniques such as effleurage, kneading and friction, applied with a medium pressure over the whole body. It improves circulation, warms the muscles and creates a clear sense of physical relief without going as deep as a therapeutic treatment.
The pace is steady and predictable, which makes it easy to enjoy from beginning to end. A reliable choice when you want both relaxation and real muscular work in the same session.
Signature Stress Relief
The spa's own stress relief protocol brings together four techniques in a single two hour session. It opens with forty five minutes of pressure point work, where the thumbs, fingers and palms apply pressure to various points of the body to move the flow of energy and ease chronic aches.
Forty five minutes of Abhyanga follow, with warm organic oil applied to the vital marma points. The session then continues with fifteen minutes of Pottali Abhyanga and closes with a warm Pink Himalayan salt compress ball, each stage building on the previous one to unwind body and mind together.
Foot Massage
Footology
Footology draws on ancient Chinese practice, where the flow of energy along the meridians is believed to gather at reflex points in the feet. The therapist applies a specialised pressure to these specific points to reawaken that flow, which is especially useful when certain energy centres of the body feel blocked.
The session works the soles, the heels and the lower legs at a steady rhythm adapted to your comfort. The longer durations leave more room for each point, so you leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and lighter on your feet.
Chinese Reflexology
Chinese reflexology works on the acupressure points of the hands and the feet, a practice developed from the knowledge found in Taiwanese massage. Each point relates to a specific organ or part of the body, so the pressure applied there is believed to restore balance wherever something feels out of tune.
Whatever the symptom, from gastro-intestinal upset to stiff joints, the session aims to leave the body lighter and recharged. The longer durations cover both hands and feet without rushing any area.
Signature Footology Treatment
Offered only at this spa, the signature foot journey opens with a scrub made from the house plant-based preparation to gently exfoliate and revive tired skin. A detoxifying foot wrap infused with coffee grounds follows, then a locally sourced organic Thai herbal compress warms the key areas of the feet and prepares them for deeper work.
The ninety minutes close with a foot massage using the Signature Blend oil together with the reflexology technique, easing tension, supporting circulation and helping the body return to its natural balance.
Body Scrub Treatments
Booster Glowing Hydrate
This treatment is built for dry, dehydrated skin that has lost its brightness. A fine scrub first exfoliates gently to lift away the dead cells that clog the pores and encourage breakouts, leaving the surface of the skin clean and even.
The therapist then applies the spa's fast absorbing body lotion with pure coconut oil extract, massaged in slowly to strengthen and revitalise the skin barrier. Ninety minutes later the skin feels soft, well hydrated and naturally luminous.
Soothing Aromatherapy Rehydrating Facial
A refreshing facial created for dry, stressed skin that has lost its suppleness. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid traps moisture inside the skin and releases it gradually, so hydration lasts well beyond the ninety minutes of the session.
The soothing additive helps calm skin reacting to pollution, smoke, allergies or fever, and can ease sinus discomfort. It contains no artificial colours, no mineral oil, no synthetic fragrance, no lanolin and no formaldehyde.
Signature Packages
Organic Uplifting Package
Two and a half hours designed for a body that feels tired and drained. The package opens with a two hour aromatherapy massage that stimulates the different energy centres, first through the hands of the therapist and then through the organic oils.
Thirty minutes of Pottali Abhyanga follow, where the warm herbal compress presses essential oils from Thai herbs onto the main pressure points. The heat carries the benefits deeper into the muscles and you leave with a renewed sense of energy.
Organic Balancing Package
This two and a half hour package pairs a full body massage with real skin care. It begins with thirty minutes of body scrub, a plant-based remedy that softens the skin and gently removes dead cells.
Thirty minutes of Pottali Abhyanga follow, the steamed herbal compress pressed in circular movements along the meridian lines. The last ninety minutes go to an aromatherapy massage focused on the back, the shoulders and the neck, so the skin feels smooth and the muscles finally let go.
Organic Detoxing
A two and a half hour sequence built around release. Thirty minutes of body scrub prepare the skin, removing dead cells and leaving the surface ready to absorb the oils that come later in the session.
Thirty minutes of Toksen follow, where a wooden tool is tapped along the meridian lines to loosen what pressure alone cannot reach. The treatment ends with ninety minutes of Abhyanga, the warm oil massage applied to the marma points to support circulation and cellular repair.
Organic Relaxing
Three hours for those who have carried chronic stress for far too long. Ninety minutes of Abhyanga open the session, with organic essential oils applied to the vital marma points throughout the body to relieve pain and encourage cellular repair.
Sixty minutes of Shirobhyanga follow, warm herbal oil worked into the marma points of the head, back, face and hands. The package closes with thirty minutes of body scrub to soften the skin and finish on a light, clean note.
Organic Rebalancing
Three hours that pair deep relaxation with facial care. The package starts with thirty minutes of body scrub to soften the skin and remove dead cells, then moves to a sixty minute essential oil massage combining touch, pressure and scent.
The last ninety minutes are devoted to an organic facial customised to your skin, with aromatic plant essences that relieve sensitive conditions caused by daily stressors and fatigue. You leave feeling balanced and visibly rested.
Jet Lag Massage
Three hours designed for a body that has just come off a long flight. It begins with thirty minutes of Pottali Abhyanga, the steamed herbal compress pressed in circular movements along the meridian lines to raise oxygen levels in the blood and ease tension.
Ninety minutes of Swedish massage follow, working the superficial muscles and improving circulation. The treatment finishes with sixty minutes of Footology, whose pressure on specific points of the feet often sends guests straight to sleep.
Sleep Well Massage
Three treatments of sixty minutes each, combined to prepare the body for a long and uninterrupted night. It opens with Footology, then moves to the Office Syndrome massage on the neck, the shoulders and the upper back.
The final hour is Shirobhyanga, the ayurvedic head massage on the marma points. Each stage improves circulation and quiets the nervous system a little further, so that sleep comes easily once the session is over.
