For beginners, we recommend starting with 10 to 15 minutes in the sauna, a short rest with some water, then 1 to 3 minutes in the ice bath, followed by 5 to 10 minutes of natural recovery. Repeat for 2 to 3 rounds maximum, as going beyond can lead to dehydration, dizziness and fatigue instead of recovery.
